The use by the customer of the services of the Internet store presupposes, in any case, adherence to the General Conditions of Purchase in the version published at the time of the purchase order. Therefore, it is convenient for the customer to read these General Conditions before proceeding to make a purchase.

 

  1. Scope of the Contract

These General Purchase Conditions apply to the sale of all the products on the website, to consumers to whom orders can be delivered in Europe (euro zone only). NatalRoll reserves the right to cancel a user’s access account if fraudulent, speculative or bad faith acts are detected in the use of this service.

 

  1. Price

The applicable prices are those indicated on the website on the date of the order. All prices that appear detailed in each product are in euros (€) and include VAT (Value Added Tax) for sales within the European Union. However, these prices do not include the shipping costs of the products (unless expressly communicated). The amount of shipping costs is indicated to the customer in a detailed manner at the time the order is placed.

NatalRoll reserves the right to modify the prices shown on the Web without prior notice. Said modifications will not affect, in any case, the orders with respect to which we have already sent the Shipping Confirmation.

 

  1. Payment

Payment will be made at the end of the purchase process and will be an essential condition for its formalization. In no case can the payment be made later.

Payment methods accepted:

  • Visa® or Mastercard® credit card. In any case, the choice of the means of payment is made during the purchase process on the corresponding screen.
  • BIZUM

In order to provide maximum security, www.natalroll.com uses a secure payment gateway from BANC SABADELL. Confidential data is transmitted directly and in encrypted form to the financial institution and is not recorded in any database on the website. Credit cards will be subject to checks by the issuing entity, the provider is not responsible for delays or non-delivery, if said entity is late in its verification or does not authorize payment.

 

  1. Delivery And Shipping Costs

At NatalRoll we ship to all of Spain and Europe.

 

Product shipments will be made through the courier companies with which NatalRoll has signed agreements. Shipments are made from Barcelona and delivery times can take between 2 and 5 days depending on the destination.

Orders will be delivered to the address indicated by the client, taking into account the following characteristics:

National transport costs:

  • Shipping cost to Spain Peninsula € 5
  • Shipping cost to the Balearic Islands € 15
  • For orders over € 45 free shipping to the Peninsula

International transport costs:

  • Shipping cost to Europe. It will be priced at the time of ordering.

The address indicated by the client may be a private address, a place of work or any other address indicated. The billing address and the shipping address do not have to match. Natalroll will not be liable in the event that the delivery address is incorrect or incomplete.

The customer will receive an e-mail one day before receiving the order to inform him of the approximate time frame in which the delivery will be made.

Once the order is placed, it is not allowed to make any type of change in the shipping address.

In the event that the period indicated above has elapsed without receiving your order, you must inform Natalroll of this circumstance through the mail hola@natalroll.com

If delivery is impossible for us, we will contact you to agree on a new delivery date. In the event that at that time you wish to modify the address and / or the initially selected delivery method, the expenses generated by said modifications will be borne in any case by you.

If you are not at home:

In the event that no one is found to receive the package at the time of delivery, the company undertakes to try twice without additional costs. Before making this second delivery they will call you by phone on the mobile phone provided. If it is still not possible to make the delivery, we will contact you to make the shipment again, the costs of this being assumed by the customer.

 

When your order is delivered, you must check that everything is in accordance with what was requested. If there is any discrepancy or problem with the order, you must contact us through our contact email, leaving us your personal data and order number, reflecting the discrepancy or problem and we will contact you shortly to solve the incident.

 

International shipments (outside the EU)

In the event that you are in a territory not included in the list of countries we ship to, please contact us at hola@natalroll.com and we will make you a personalized rate for shipping and we will detail the delivery times.

 

The customer is responsible for the customs costs and associated taxes depending on the country of receipt of the order. The carrier may collect customs and / or tax payments upon delivery of the order depending on the country of delivery. Countries outside the European Community DO NOT INCLUDE customs costs, and may be subject to additional tax charges.

Likewise, it should be taken into account that once the order is invoiced, any change in the delivery address will be subject to an additional cost by the transport company outside Natalroll.

 

Availability of the products.

The products offered by Natalroll on its website are subject to stock limits, and this must be accepted by you. All product orders are subject to availability. If a product is not available once the order has been placed, we will inform you as soon as possible. At that time you can modify your order or cancel.

  1. Warranty On Purchased Products

The contractual guarantee offered is that established in Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users. Natalroll will be liable for any lack of conformity that appears within two years from delivery.

 

  1. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These General Purchase Conditions are subject to Spanish law. The parties submit, at their option, for the resolution of conflicts and waiving any other jurisdiction, to the courts and tribunals of the user’s domicile.

 

Returns & Exchanges

Changes are not allowed. Only those products with any defect or defect are admitted for return.

A small variation in the color of the product is not considered tare as there may be slight variations during production and tinting. Color perception may also vary depending on the color resolution of your screen. However, we do our best to make the photos as true to life as possible.

All Our Products are limited editions and in case of change due to tare we do not guarantee to be able to offer the same collection.

The products may not have been used, washed or altered in any way.

Products purchased during sales or other promotions cannot be returned.

Refunds of the amount are not allowed.

Term: only returns made within a period of 7 days after the original order was delivered and you must notify NATALROLL in advance by email to hola@natalroll.com.

If the return of defective products is lawful, NATALROLL will be responsible for the shipping costs as long as the Buyer communicates this circumstance at the time of receipt of the order.

Natalroll is not responsible for any damage caused by improper opening of the boxes received.

In the event that you find damage or defects to the product, including damage to the product due to transport, you should contact our customer service at hola@natalroll.com within 24 hours of receipt, sending a description of damage and attached photos (with packaging, label and product in the photo).

 

Order cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order but it has already been sent, the corresponding management fees will be charged.
